Eastvale real estate contains 13 beautiful parks and 250 acres of open space maintained by two separate entities. Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) maintains Eastvale’s greenbelts and the parks and recreational facilities west of Hamner Avenue, including Harada Heritage Park, Eastvale’s largest park. Harada Heritage features soccer, baseball, and softball fields; basketball courts; a children’s play area; a dog park; a skateboard park; roller hockey; and picnic facilities. The 13-acre River Walk Park, also maintained by JCSD, connects to the Santa Ana River Bike/Horse Trail and includes a track for jogging, walking, and biking; a cinder running track; a Frisbee golf course; and horse corrals.
Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (JARPD) maintains four neighborhood parks with playgrounds east of the Avenue. Harmony Park, located on Treasure Drive, features basketball and sand volleyball courts. Several additional parks and the 1.25 Mile Long Eastvale Jogging/Running/Bike Trail are currently planned and/or in development. In addition to playing in the city’s parks and open spaces, the children of Eastvale can take part in a variety of sports leagues, including a girls’ softball league, a little league, a basketball league, a soccer club, and a youth football and cheer league. Additional recreational activities, such as golfing at the Goose Creek Golf Club or indoor kart racing at Fast Lap, are available in nearby Mira Loma.
